Dropped calls in Denver area
Has anyone else had this problem in the Denver area…this is been going on for two months… Verizon has changed everything possible including a new Sim card and nothing has helped. I get dropped calls constantly… Wi-Fi is fine, FaceTime is fine, text messages are fine. I have spent over 10 hours between talking to Verizon and Apple… Luckily I still have a landline because if I try to talk to them on my cell phone the call drops. I spent three hours with Apple yesterday and they did every diagnostic possible and my phone is fine. Coincidentally, the problem started as soon as my cell phone was paid for on my Verizon plan. . I bought the phone through Verizon…At first they told me I had to pay an extra seven dollars a month to get 5G and that would help. This is false the FCC has said they can’t charge for 5G. They have reset my network settings and reset all other settings and nothing has helped. Sometimes they say they will call back and never do. I am waiting for a callback
