I am not getting a return kit. I canceled the service 20 days back. Whenever I reach out to a customer service exec, I am being told I will be charged if I do not return the kit within 30 days after cancellation of service.
I even went to the store and asked them if they could take it. They said they cannot do the return. No one has provided me a return kit or a label or an address for return. How do I return this equipment. I do not want to be charged for no fault of mine.
