Hi,
a company contracted by Verizon fios came and dug lines through the street and into my driveway. After they left and filled everything back in I noticed my outside electrical box detached from its pole possibly causing a dangerous condition.
Who do I reach out to the contacted says he has nothing to do with it. He told me to call Verizon fios . It’s going in circles . It’s nice enough that I didn’t stop them from using my driveway to dig. Damage to my electrical is not what was supposed to happen. Now nobody wants to take responsibility.
Help. If there is anyone from fios costumer service please let me know how to get in touch with the right people.
