How can I report no 4G or 5G service? Worked until a month ago. Everyone in our office has the same issue

Like you, I also rely on my phone to be working when I am at the office, and we are here to help. You mentioned that this started a month ago, do you recall any changes that happened around that time (new construction, storms, etc.)? How far away from the office must you travel before service improves?
