Hello, I have an ARC XCI55AX 5G Home internet router that is stuck on old firmware/software and is will not upgrade. I have been trying to get it to upgrade for a few months now with factory resets, reboots, letting it sit for days on end so I can use IP passthrough and just have the latest updates. Looked today on the Verizon website to see that mine if 4 or 5 updates behind everyone else. Has anyone else had this problem or have any recommendations. Thanks
