Quit working in what way? Does it power on? Is it just not connecting to servers? Have you tried factory resetting it?

thanks for the feedback…..i went to a Retail Verizon store and they simply said since this 4GLTE is 6 years old, it’s basically old technology. So coughed up $250 and bought a new one and of course presto!
