About 2 months ago (May of 2023) we discontinued our Xfinity cable and internet and switched to the Verizon Internet Gateway Home Router 5G. While in the local Verizon store, we also purchased a new Android phone for me, a new Apple phone for my wife and a new Apple tablet for my wife. I have had NO issues with web access on my PC, and no issues on my phone or my wife’s phone. She is having problems with her Apple tablet reloading or freshening Facebook (and some other sites). She has to power cycle the tablet to freshen the Facebook page. A test suggested by the local Verizon store was to TURN OFF the Wi-Fi on her tablet to see if the problem went away. That worked..! It will freshen the pages when Wi-Fi is OFF but not when it is ON. Why would this be unique to her Apple tablet while trying to route through the Gateway cube? Is it just a setting within the tablet, or….? We want to be able to use the Wi-fi when using her tablet. Thanks
