Read old community feedback. As of today 8/9/23... submitting question. Does Verizon cut back trees on communication lines as a prevented measure? I have a tree (not mine) and not sure who the property belongs to outside of my fence(it's an open space behind my house), that could snap on to the communication lines next hard snow rain or windstorm.
