I contacted the Verizon Utility Easement Department in April 2023 to remove an unused telephone pole on my property. They confirmed receipt and provided me the following job number - VZ job # 1A6L4PR, NJUNS=5559302, with an estimated completion date of 60-90 days on April 18, 2023.
However, it's been almost four months now, and I have been waiting to receive updates on the status of this job, as everyone in the department has stopped responding to my emails and calls.
Can I escalate this so I can receive an update? The lack of communication and transparency is highly frustrating, and my home renovations have been delayed.
