My cable has not worked for month--I see a series of error messages on my screen and going through the prompts is just a circular disaster. I have been paying for cable I can't watch for months, have used the automated repair system numerous times, have rebooted my cable box numerous times, have tried calling dozens and dozens of times and cannot reach a human being. I even tried to DM Version on Instagram and a bot responded. It seems absolutely impossible to reach a human being. How can I get my cable repaired?
