We recently discovered that our sewer pipe was damaged when Verizon fiber optic cable was installed in our street (probably around 2020). The problem was just discovered as a result of having the sewer pipe inspected. We've since found out that our neighbor had the same problem. How do I go about filing a claim with Verizon to reimburse me for the cost of repairing our sewer pipe?
