Signin app

Hi, I need help..I accidentally deleted the Signin app and now some of my apps aren't working right. I needed to change some of my passwords due to being hacked. It's not been a good day. I'm not computer savvy as you can see. The more info I receive or am able to see how to implement this will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
