I have been trying since Aug. 29 to redeem my Sunday ticket. They have been unable to give me answers and the last 2 times spent over an hour and paened me off to YouTube who can't help cuz it's a Verizon promo. Since I signed up YouTube is now offering monthly plans. Do I want to give back my 800dollar phone and cancell my service for breech of contract.
