Similar to others I'm in a new building and the FIOS online 'service availability' form indicates that FIOS is not available at my location. The building next to my own does have FIOS... I know this because multiple FIOS workers have requested access to my back yard in order to connect services to that building. Online support chat could offer no assistance. They told me that my address was 'not registered' however they could not provide any info on how to ensure my address is registered in order to provide services.
I believe this is simply a case of my new building not being registered/in the system with FIOS/Verizon... I had a similar issue with FedEx not delivering to my location for 6 months because my address was not in their system.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
