Guide Wire to Utility Pole

I have been trying to get a guide wire removed from my tree for over 5 years now.

In June, 2023, Eversource reached out with an emergency work order for the removal of the guide wire from the tree as it is now a safety risk in the loss for damage and loss of human life and needs to come down immediately.

I have not heard anything from Verizon (other than they stopped by and yes, there is a guide wire). Who can I contact to take care of this
