So I just purchased an IPhone and a new A14 for me at a corporate Verizon, Plus added a new line.
Got home and.my new A14 wasn’t activated. Really. Anyway I tried to activate at home but it wouldn’t work.
I went into a closer retail Verizon they said we can’t help you because you purchased it at a corporate store.
I guess customer service is done. Greed rules.
I said I thought you were both with the same company. Blank stares insued.
