We had a large tree limb fall on top of the wires running across our backyard, making the lines sag toward the ground. We talked to a tree trimming company and they said they were not allowed to touch it. We called the City and they said it was Verizon's lines. Please help as it feels unsafe to walk underneath and I am worried about the branch either falling or the lines completely coming down.
