Like many many others, I will have to add to the redundancy and ask why so many issues trying to redeem a promotion offered by this company. I am past my 65th day of service of 5G Home Internet which should qualify me for the choice of a sound bar or $200 HD GC. First of all, it seems purposely deceptive in how they have stashed the "offers" tile to even get to the point of choosing a reward. Once I did finally find it, the options for the sound bars are now greyed out with the HD GC being the only option that can be chosen. Once I choose that option, I get directed to another page where all I receive is an error message that I see many others in here have experienced over the last few months.
