I signed up for Verizon 5G home Internet because of the promotions. I am not able to redeem the $200 HomeDepot gift card. I keep getting an error message "! Not no process your request. I have spent countless hours to no avail with customer service representatives some of whom have no clue what to do. I will be submitting a complaint to BBB and attorney general.
