So it looks like Verizon Throttles even when there isn't congestion. There's no one online. That's why I know its not a congestion issue. I've done tests that say I'm getting 80MB/s but when I run My account has been shadow marked and its been apparent my speeds are less than 3% of what I would expect from what I pay. Sometimes its 200kb/s... I never have this happen: suddenly every site I go to only loads the background color first... then sits there for a few seconds before loading a couple more items from the page.
This shouldn't be logically happening. Its in the middle of the night. No one is on. I always am up at this time working nightshifts. My speeds are terrible and its obvious that Verizon is doing this because it happened RIGHT after the downloads I had initiated a week ago and persisted indefinitely.
How can they indefinitely mark people to have awful service from now on? It makes no sense how they can get away with this! I encourage everyone to go to Sprint if Verizon does this to you. I hear they at least don't have predatory targetting of customers like this.
