

I have called Verizon countless time and every time they said the manger will reach out and solve your damaged property issue. It been almost a year and there has been no solution.
last year I moved into my house and I bought Verizon Fios internet service and the technician came out to install the internet and broke my siding of the house. Literally ruined my house structure. He was nice enough to let me know and also provide his managers name and phone number. Which I used to contact before I called Verizon corporate. Both are not responsive. I called the manager countless time and also left a text messages but again no response. I need help resolving this issue.
