Can Accounts Managers pay their (own phone plan bill) as a partial payment?

I have 6 lines on my account and I would like to add another more, but with the large monthly payment and other bills at the start of the months its a hefty amount. I also need to ask for their phone plan amounts and pay from my personal bank account, so it would be easier to have account managers enter and pay their bills as partial payments before the final bill is due.

Would that be possible?
