I currently work in the USA a certain amount of months a year. I have a Verizon account with you on prepaid in good standing. I phoned Verizon when I was in the USA still and they said I could downgrade my account while I am in another country for a number of months as I don't use my Verizon phone then. I have been trying to sign into my account or to contact the support department from the country I am in currently but can't get access to it. Is there a way I can email you to set this up as I can't phone, only email unless you have a certain number I can contact? is there an email address I can connect to?
