Verizon Amazon Gift Card Missing?

Hello, I recently added Verizon's 5G Home Plus internet to my mobile line and was supposed to be gifted an Amazon Gift Card for 200$. It has been a whole week and I still have no way of redeeming the gift card. Please help and assist with redemption because I do not want to cancel the Home Internet because of it.
