I was told when I signed up that I could use the Verizon gift cards that I would receive for paying my bill. When I tried to do this I got the message " not eligible for split payment". Customer service told me they could not help me. I am frustrated because this is not the first time I have had issues with items from when we switched to Verizon. We are considering leaving Verizon since we can not get any help. If anyone can assist we would appreciate.
