I was offered a $200 Amazon gift card for signing up for Fios internet and TV, which has been installed. However, I have received no instructions on how to access the gift card. I asked the Verizon representative for my building and he told me to log into the website and go to the Promo tab. There is no Promo tab. I'm annoyed -- it shouldn't be this hard for the customer to access a gift card that was offered as part of the deal. Can someone please help? Thank you.
