It’s now December 5th and still no tile to get my xbox and Amazon gift card when o signed up for the cyber Monday deal can anyone from Verizon help I was wanting to give to my kids for Christmas
are there no verizon people on here to help resolve ???
We're sorry about the issues you're having with your Amazon gift card redemption. There's a known issue with the redemption of those Xbox Series S that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming on 12/13/23 and after that you'll be able to redeem.
