I switched to 5G Verizon Home Internet 09.21.23 and was told after 60 days I would have the option to get a HomePod or a $200.00 Verizon Gift Card. I received the email and did as instructed. When I chose the $200.00 gift card, an error occured and the offer disappeared. I have contacted Verizon via chat twice and just get the runaround. The first one said they would submit a ticket and that did not get done. The one today told me it hasn't been 60 days even though it has. I told them exactly what happened yet I am told to wait longer.
