Can't redeem my Amazon gift card shows the options but there greyed out

The good news is that our specialized team is aware of this situation. Everything will run smoothly starting on December 13th. At that point you should receive an email notification to redeem the offer. If you already received the email but you're not seeing the offer tile on your My Verizon application or our website, this should appear on the 13th.
