Your salespeople are relentless and won't leave us alone. They actually used to come to my house when I WAS a current verizon customer, and no matter how many different people I told to stop because I'm a customer, they all say "i'll take you off the list" but they keep coming back. It got so annoying that I STOPPED being a customer. Instead of winning my business, you lost the business you already had.
Today I've had one guy knock on my door 10 times in the last 3 hours. It's now pitch black and he's still coming back. I already have a no solicitation sign on my door and in Virginia, solicitation is a crime. Please tell me how to make this stop.
