I just got the Verizon 5 g home plan with the xbox x and gift card, but have yet to receive any information about the xbox or even the gift card. I also keep trying to activate my youtube tv but it keeps saying error, no matter what I do. Was this just a trick to get customers?

Hello Tigerfsu42, we're sorry you're having issues with the promotion. Did you process the submission for the cards? Here are the steps you need follow.

1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.

No, I wasted I'd get the xbox series X and the gift card. When i try to sign in it shows my account as a guest. Startung to think this was all a trick. Fix it or im going to file a report with BBB. Account is [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]
