Help please

I activated my 5G home internet plus on 12/12/23 and I’ve yet to get an email or anything in my Verizon app that allows me to redeem the Xbox series x, the Verizon 100$ gift card,

As well as the option between the Amazon echo 10 show or 200$ amazon gift card.

I mistakenly said Xbox series X it was the Xbox series S that was available in the promotion until the 13th, and in the details it said if they ran out of Xbox series S I would instead receive an Xbox series X. Also no I have not received any information on how to receive my 100$ Verizon gift card, and choose between the Amazon echo 10 show or the 200$ Amazon gift card. I’ve got nothing to redeem or to help me in any sort on this
