My son recently got a phone and is no longer using his gizmo. My daughter still has her gizmo and I am trying to add her brother as a caregiver so they can call and text. However, it continually only gives me an option to add him as a “buddy” which won’t work since he no longer has a gizmo. His phone is a new number and new line than his old gizmo number. Any ideas?
