I’ve been trying to pay my bill for some time now . Verizon says either Erc or accord collection agency has it and they both say that Verizon took the account back . I don’t know what to do I’ve been trying to pay this for weeks. Probably 12 hours on the phone. I wrote a letter. I’ve texted and no one can help. I’m begging to be able to pay my own bill so i can get this off my credit. Please someone help. There messing my credit up pretty bad. I thought about disputing it since no one can find the bill but I’m going to try this last thing
