Hello , I traded in my phone on October 23-24 & I was told I would receive $830 in trade in credits over 36 months. I looked at my bill and the credit is only about $19.40 per month which adds up to about $700. What happened to the $130? Has anyone dealt with this before?
plus the credit still hasn’t been applied for the second phone I traded in the same day
