Since switching to Verizon in August, every month I spend hours trying to resolve getting charged for a device that was supposed to be free with my trade-in. Every month the Verizon Agent assures me that the issue has been handled, yet month after month I continue to be charged. I just received January’s bill and as no surprise to me, there is still no credit for the previous months I was charged and the charge continues to be on my bill. Who can I contact that can actually resolve this issue?
