Hello! I signed up for 5G Home Internet and I have been able to successfully redeem the Amazon Gift Card, however, I am having issues with the Xbox Series X promition.
I see the tile when I am in My Verizon and when I click on it, it lets me Continue and then Accept the Terms and Conditions. The system then opens the Verizon Store and places the Xbox in to a Shopping Cart, and then says the amount due today would be around $550. I do not seem to have a code to put in or the system isn't transferring something between My Verizon and the Cart. Can someone assist me in completing the process in redeeming this promotion and receiving my Xbox Series X?
