I activated my 5-G under the Xbox X and Amazon gift card promo. I have reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times with no help. When will I receive the emails to redeem the Xbox and gift card. PLEASE HELP!
Yes same here. Verzion isn't helpful at all and I'm ready to contact the BBB and file a complaint.

I would also appreciate you helping me figure out why I have not received the emails to claim my Xbox and Amazon GC. If this is not resolved soon I will just cancel or reach out to the BBB myself to get this resolved.

Same issue here. I have chatted with a rep twice. One said xbox was out of stock and there was a glitch with the amazon email offer. The second said ahe would send a ticket anout the xbox offer but the amazon offer expired before i activated it. Then i explained my email states i have 60 days to activate the offer and it has an expiration of 1/17/24. Then she was somehow able to send a help ticket. But i keep getting messages to say my claim has been updated and when i check on it, it keeps saying "more information needed to process request". I have been a loyal Verizon customer for decades but this is very frustrating.
Bbmoonpie, we want to make sure you get the promotions you're eligible for. Can you please provide more detail on what happens with the request for more information? Is it something eligible for self serve?

I purchased the 5G home Internet on 12/31/23. It was activated on 1/4/24. The promotion was purchase 5G home plus for $45 and receive a Xbox series X and a choice of Amazon echo ahow or a $200 amazon gift card. It states that I would receive an email on how to claim these offers after service was activated. I have not received any emails other than the one about receiving a free wifi extender that was included in the package. I did send that request and have Already received the wifi extender. I chatted with the first rep that told me the xbox was out of stock and there was a glitch with the amazon email. He said those would be resolved in a maximum of 30 days. I accepted that and we ended our chat. Later i received a text that said my claim was updated. I checked it and it stated "more information needed to process request". So I started another chat. This rep told me she would create a help ticket for the xbox but the amazon offer had expired before i activated service. I explained to her that the email states i had up to 60 days to claim offers and the offer expiration date in the email even said 1/17/24. She then changed and said she would put in a ticket for that as well. So maybe 5 minutes after we ended our chat i received a text that stated claim had been updated. I clicked the link and again it said more information was needed. So I have provided all the information possible about this and don't know what other info could be needed. I have provided my email that the activation emails are supposed to be sent. I can send copies of emails, receipts, or chats if you need any of that information. It never says what information is needed. The request currently says pending and needs more information.

Still waiting on my gift card that was finally “approved”. Customer service said they filled out the application for the Xbox X but still have not heard anything. Please let me Know why this is still happening!

What a shocker I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY XBOX X! The order has been in since March 5 and I have been told MULTIPLE TIMES It will ship in 2 days and still nothing. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

This all started in December it is now June 14th and I STILL have not received the XBox X. The order was placed 3/5 and has not shipped. I just keep getting told it will be shipped needs week. This needs to be resolved now.
