Why is that so many people are having a difficult time redeeming the items that were promised with the 5G Internet Plan? Why even make that promise? Such a big company name and they’re playing in so many customers faces. I haven’t received an email, link, or any kind of information in order to redeem the promotions. I’m close to just giving up and giving the modem back and asking a refund for the first month’s bill.. because this is actually ridiculous.
