We switched from United Fiber to Verizon Home Internet which was supposed to come with a $200 gift card from Verizon. I received an email yesterday informing me that I can now redeem the gift card on the Verizon Website or App, yet when I go to redeem it, it isn't there. There is supposed to be a tile called "Exclusive Home Offers" where it says I'm supposed to redeem it, but it isn't anywhere on the App or the Website. I need assistance.
