I too cannot get the home & mobile discount set up. I only just set up Fios in my home yesterday but I have had mobile service with Verizon for years. They send useless links. My online chats are being discounted and now I’m listening to annoying music with no hope that anyone will join me. An estimated wait time would be nice. Did I make a mistake? Maybe I should have switched my mobile carrier.
