I just moved over to this plan and there is NO WHERE online or in any apps to view my Hotspot Data Usage, I NEED THIS. I need to monitor my usage it is crucial. Verizon support said I was correct , it was not viewable in my account, but at least I DID have the 100 extra GB, but after 2 hours the support agent said they could not help me further, maybe try it again in a week. Well its a week later and I still cannot view this hotspot usage data on this plan.
Can anyone point me in the right direction here, this is madness.
