Have been dealing with Fios customer service for more than a month without resolution. They’re nice and really seem interested in helping. They’ve opened an incident report. They’ve also manually credited my account for the amount of the lost mobile-home discount but this was only for the most recent bill. Not sure how many more times I’ll try dealing with customer service before taking my seven cellular devices to ATT or T-Mobile, after more than 15 years with Verizon Wireless.
