The cost of internet went up last year without notice. This year again I see an increase of $10. No idea why or when they keep changing the cost . I’m signed up for paperless billing and automatic bill pay, so only notice it months after. I’ve tried to schedule a call numerous times and never get a call back. When I call and hold it takes forever and I give up. I got through once and the person doesn’t talk but hangs up! This has to be the worst company customer service!
Anyone else have the same experience with Verizon?
