There is a severely damaged Verizon green utility box in my front yard that I believe was hit by a vehicle. I am not a Verizon customer. I’ve tried to call customer service 3 times and the robot will not connect me to anyone to resolve this problem. The entire panel is off the box & a box full of wires are exposed. Please rectify this ASAP.
