I have been trying since February 2nd, when I went into a Vz Store to drop off the 5G box and was told they don't accept returns. I needed to call *611 for assistance... to get a label and box mailed. A week later, no label and no box. I called and was told, "we will mail it out". As of today, no box. I get online and tried the "Chat with a live agent" on line -- first "agent" could not help, I never got the email to "print label" told me to take it to UPS and then they escalated to another agent (Tier 2 support) and they could not provide help with a label to print, and told me to take it to UPS. UPS would not take the device without a return label. Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can get this resolved?
This cannot be this difficult to get a return label. Do better Verizon.
