Has anyone had any luck getting a refund back? I ordered a phone that was never received. Verizon shows the phone as returned to their fulfillment center but I can’t seem to get my $1500 back. One rep said 5-7 days, one said 4, one said it’ll be refunded back the next business day, one said it’ll be credited to my account and the last person said Verizon is resending out the phone. Needless to say this has been going on since 2/9
