Last week I contacted Verizon concerning a green utility box that was damaged in recent storms. The top of the box is dislocated from the base and the wires are exposed. They said that someone would be out by Monday (today) to evaluate the situation. I just checked and nothing has been done yet. Can someone escalate this to get it taken care of? The box has been damaged since December and anytime strong winds come through it gets blown over. Thanks for your help.
