Downloading all 28,000 photos from Verizon Cloud

I have over 28,000 photos on my Verizon Cloud. I have only downloaded some of them on occasion. Is there an easy way to download all of them? I have checked the square to "All Photos" but that usually starts the process of loading all the photos visually and this usually times out after a while. I don't think it would possible to load all 28,000 photos).

I even have trouble downloading the last 2 months. I successfully downloaded February (930 photos) but in trying to download January (3800 photos), the download page times out with the error message (504 Gateway Time Out)

Is there a way to contact Verizon Technical Support and submit a ticket for this problem? Perhaps I can get access to the directory where they are stored and download from there instead of having to have all the photos load visually.

Wow, that is a impressive set of photos! My grandfather was a shutter bug but don't think he ever got that high in the number of pics. I understand wanting to download them all, and it would be cool if that was possible to do them all in one go. The Cloud website can see your login session expire if you're downloading a large number of photos. Based on what you shared, that is what is happening. We recommend making use of the VZ Cloud app for PC to download photos. Currently VZ Cloud doesn't support downloading multiple files at a time but it will not sign-out on you when doing so.
