I ordered 5G Home Internet Plus during promotional period back in November for the promotion of an Xbox Series X, $100 Verizon Gift Card, and $200 Amazon Gift Card. Was not able to set it up online, so i called and they told me that they were having problems with the system and that they could do it on the phone and i would still qualify for the offers. My order was ready next day so I went to pick it up in store and set it up same day. I received an email saying Congrats on having 5G Home Internet and saying about qualifying for the promotion but no info on how to actually redeem. I called and they did an order for the Xbox via the phone which I still have as pending. That was back in December 2023. Ever since then, I been on hours and hours of calls trying to get the offers and getting the run around. They have escalated the issue so many times and no one is resolving anything. I just called today and the agent was also lost, I had to explain everything again and she is going to escalate it again and call me back. She could not even find the right offers as if they didn't exist. I'm frustrated and don't know what else to do. I been with verizon over 12 years and this is unbecoming of them.
